My approach to counselling is quite couple-specific. Each couples gets stuck in different ways, whether it's unresolved issues, lack of effective communication strategies, or healthy conflict management skills, and requires different solutions as a result.

I work with couples who struggle with the effects of trauma, communication skills, emotional availability to one another, and parenting conflicts.
