Out if this knowing came faith and from faith has come a faith centered approach to counselling. I will offer a listening ear and in a with directness, honesty, support and care will work with you as you move toward a new way of being that will address the issues dear to your heart and help move you toward becoming the person you want to be.

Many people who hold a belief in a higher power find themselves at some point in their life struggling with doubts about their beliefs. Through the process of verbalizing these faith-based doubts, our experience is normalized and we can gain acceptance of our position today. From this acceptance comes possibilities for opening up to new understandings. Additionally, the ability to call upon the belief of something or someone greater than ourselves can offer us immeasurable strength to proactively take care of life's numerous challenges, eventually allowing us to relinquish the outcome to this higher power.
