We all experience grief and loss differently, at different rates and in different ways. As a clinician, I approach clients as a unique individual providing practical tools and approaches trained in (e.g., EMDR, EFT, Heartmath, etc), in order to best support each and every individual's needs. Style: compassionate, non-judgmental, supportive, and collaborative in nature.

Grieving is a normal process however because we are all unique the duration and intensity can vary depending on the individual and the situation. During the grieving process I help the individual come to terms with the fact that the deceased will never come back, to cherish the memories that remain, and to move forward in living their life to the fullest.
