I tend to believe that impulsive anger comes from earlier places in your life that have been suppressed. You have probably already talked these places but it has been my experience that clients often re-experience these issues through projection on the therapist. Should that occur I seek to create a different outcome for you. My approach to helping you with your anger is simply to meet with you on a weekly basis and create a safe place for you to process these places in your life. At times I may give advice but primarily I seek to give you a place to work out your feelings.
