I have found virtual therapy to be as effective as in-person therapy. Try it out with a free 15 min consultation.

There are many reasons to choose E-counseling and recent studies show it is as effective as face to face counseling.

Where appropriate, I do offer telephone sessions.

I offer psychotherapy via secure online platform. For emergency & crisis, online counseling is not appropriate.

I provide sessions by video and phone across BC, and offer online booking as well as free initial consultations. I'm currently accepting new clients.

I use distance software so we can see and hear each other. If you travel, are pregnant, etc., this is a good way to never miss a session!

If you live outside of Saskatoon in a rural or remote area phone or virtuasessions may be a good option for you. Please contact for more information.
