Hailey's services are ideal for those who do not have health insurance coverage or have limited coverage, as her fees are set at a reduced rate to reflect her current status as an MSW student under supervision. Hailey is in the final year of her Master's in Clinical Social Work at the University of Toronto, specializing in the Children & Families Stream and is working under the supervision of Tonya Upson, MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist.
 
EXPERIENCE 
Hailey has experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of contexts:
  • Crisis Intervention Counsellor for people experiencing trauma at Victim Services of Durham Region 
  • Behavioural Support Worker for children with behavioural concerns and/or mental health diagnoses
  • Behavioural Support Worker for justice-involved youth and adults at the Durham Family Court Clinic and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences 

Hailey has worked with children and adolescents experiencing the following concerns:
  • Justice-involved 
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Conduct Disorder
  • Anxiety
  • Down Syndrome
  • Cerebral Palsy

What is most important to Hailey is helping you find practical solutions that meet your needs.

EDUCATION
  • Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Trent University with a Specialization in Psychological Development
  • Master's in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from University of Toronto in the Children & Families Stream (in progress, expected April, 2021)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Certificate (TF-CBT) from The Medical University of South Carolina
  • Certificate in CBT with Families, Children and Youth from Adler Graduate Professional School (in progress, expected April, 2021)

CLINIC INFORMATION
Hailey is happy to provide her services remotely (video and phone sessions). For in-person sessions, Hailey sees clients at CORE Therapy & Assessment Centre in Bowmanville, ON. The clinic is conveniently located in Durham Region and sees clients from many neighbouring locations, including:
  • Blackstock
  • Courtice
  • Oshawa 
  • Whitby
  • Port Perry
  • Newcastle

AVAILABILITY 
Hailey understands the challenges of finding time to attend therapy, so she is flexible with her schedule and offers evening and early morning appointments if needed. Weekend appointments may also be available on request.
 
Hailey currently has the following hours:
  • Wednesdays 8:00am - 9:00pm 
  • Thursdays 8:00am - 7:00pm
  • Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm
