I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Addictions Treatment from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA, a Master’s of Arts in Counseling degree from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX, a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Psychology from Park University, Parkville, MO. I have spent the past 12+ years working with individuals to assist in exploring
their lives, addressing areas of discomfort or concern and ultimately finding solutions for improving their overall mental health and physical well-being.
 
What I have found over the years is in combining the simplicity of walking outdoors with talk therapy, this approach of being active during session helps patients relax and open up quicker. Scientist have long known that a workout can temporarily boost serotonin levels and improve mood, the latest research show that combining exercise with therapy can have a deeper and more lasting effect.
 
I am committed to excellence - for others and myself. I try to promote a positive work-life balance by scheduling time for self-care most often through my own mindfulness practice, exploring hidden treasures in Philadelphia’s
parks & neighborhoods, and spending time with family and friends. I have sound found that in doing so, I have achieved my own balanced and authentic life. I am committed to helping you pursue your own personal goals and achieve a balanced life as well.
