I provide online psychotherapy using a collaborative and integrated approach. Your input is extremely important as we tailor your sessions to you to ensure you are feeling as safe and comfortable as possible, and that, together, we are focusing on the important issues.

Through my own struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences and professional training in gestalt therapy, and somatic experiencing (SE) allows me to support you.

My approach to this work is down-to-earth, empathetic and non-judgemental. I walk with people through the not-so-great moments, explore the stuckness/discomfort, and aim to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in working with teens and emerging adults.
