The Mission of Stop the Silence: Stop Child Sexual Abuse, Inc. (Stop the Silence) is to expose and stop child sexual abuse and help survivors heal worldwide. Our overarching Goals are to 1) promote CSA awareness, prevention, and healing; 2) stop child sexual abuse and related forms of violence; and 3) celebrate the lives of those healed. CSA is not one group’s problem; by expert accounts it is a silent pandemic throughout the United States and the world, creating havoc – for the affected children, the adult survivors, and the society. Young Survival Coalition (YSC) is the premier organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. YSC offers resources, face to face connections and outreach so women feel supported, empowered and hopeful. YSC provides information and resources for young women during every phase of treatment and survivorship through peer matching, conferences, and comprehensive Navigator guidebooks and an audio/video library. Navigators and ResourceLink guidebooks can be downloaded electronically; or, hard-copy versions can be ordered and shipped free of charge to healthcare practitioners and patients at any time.

Cancer Hope Network provides free one-on-one emotional support to adult cancer patients and their loved ones. Each of CHN’s 400+ volunteers is at least one year post-treatment or successfully undergoing maintenance therapies. They have faced more than 80 cancer types and speak 15 languages. Our volunteers offer support from diagnosis, through treatment and into recovery. Cancer Hope Network serves cancer patients in the United States and Canada.

Babies affected with Turner Syndrome require a lifetime of specialized care beyond the pediatric setting. Obstacles often impede an early diagnosis for girls to receive critical health screenings and timely, life-altering, interventions. The Foundation’s advocacy efforts identify these gaps and give voice to leaders who can make a difference. The vision to improve the understanding of TS and to render support for women and children living with TS is made possible by advancing communications and inspiring relevant interest in this women’s health issue. Teen Cancer America is a change agent improving the lives of young people with cancer. We create youth-centered ecosystems supporting young people with cancer, their families, and the hospitals and healthcare professionals who care for them. We partner with hospitals throughout the United States to develop specialized facilities and services for teens and young adults with cancer. We build teen friendly environments, enhancing the hospital experience. We develop standards for age-targeted care, improve collaboration between pediatric and adult specialists and enable dedicated research to improve outcomes and survival for our young people.

Girl Power 2 Cure - Rett University is a 501(c)(3) organization chartered to raise funding to support:
1. Rett Syndrome treatment and curative research
2. General family resource and emotional support of children/families affected by Rett Syndrome
3. Educational programs for disabled and non-verbal children suffering from Rett Syndrome and other debilitating neurological conditions (Downs Syndrome, CP, Angelman Syndrome, Autism, etc.) which limit their ability to communicate, read, and write in traditional classroom settings (includes teacher and professional training/seminars for therapists and other specialists targeting services to complex-needs individuals).
Note: Rett Syndrome is a debilitating neurological condition which predominantly affects females, robbing them of the ability to speak, walk, or use their hands. It is caused by a random genetic mutation on the X-chromosome. 1 in 10,000 girls are affected, without regard to race, origin or any other common factor.

The Walking Through Grief product line is divided in to two sections. One is a series of single short DVDs with a variety of different focuses. Each DVD is designed to stand-alone and be used by individuals or groups around a specific topic. The second section is a grief program designed to be used in a facilitated environment that includes everything you need to run and facilitate a successful grief support group.
