I work with a community of therapists committed to the understanding and transformation of emotional life. It is our goal to help people engage in this process through dialogue that is direct and authentic. If not me, I can direct you to one of my colleagues.

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I tailor my process to each individual based on their unique challenges. There is more than one way to solve a problem or overcome an obstacle. Together, we will figure out what works best for you!

Let's face it, one-size-fits-all therapy doesn't work! I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, trauma, addiction, anxiety, or depression. Therapy can sometimes feel awkward, but not here - I create a comfortable space tailored to you!

Therapy is a great way to practice Self-Care, doing something beneficial for you and your overall health. In therapy you have the opportunity to address challenges and struggles while learning effective coping skills in a non-judging environment that promotes growth.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place where I can help my client’s reach their full potential by processing feelings (past and present issues), improving communication, and exploring family issues. I use CBT, EMDR and other approaches to help clients.

I offer quality individual and family therapies in my two boutique practices in Hermosa Beach and Torrance locations. Also, I have been offering confidential video counseling to those would rather receive my services at comfort of their houses.
