I currently work with individuals navigating relationship challenges but do not offer couples or marriage counseling at this time.

My work with families focuses on improved communication, so that all family members feel heard and solutions to problems are fair and reasonable. I also teach families to discuss issues without arguments and make family-life rewarding and fun.

Couples usually get stuck not because of what they know, but what they cannot see. Unhealthy patterns of relating become established and difficult to change. I help couples identify these patterns and create new ones that make room for your relationship to grow.

Marriage counseling is one of the most challenging and yet most rewarding work a counselor can do. I work largely from a Christian based Gottman approach that quickly assesses the unique problems within the relationship ensuring we work on what needs repair.
