My goal is to help you find the strength to review life's troubling issues and form new perceptions. My approach is called "Integrative Family Therapy" which focuses on two aspects: how you function as an individual and how you relate to others helping you to heal.

I'm a Gottman Level 3 Certified couples therapist, individual therapist, and co-director of the virtual private practice Alpha Psychotherapy Center. With over a decade of experience, I help clients of all backgrounds reach their goals.

I have had over thirty years of counseling experience. I hold degrees in Psychology (BA), Counseling (MA), and Marriage and Family Therapy (EdS), and have had experience in community, clinical, hospital, and private-practice settings. I offer alternatives to stuck-ness.
