I use an individualized, collaborative approach to marriage & family counseling, as each couple and family presents with their own special needs. Focus on conflict resolution, communication issues, infidelity, parenting and other relationship issues.

Couples enter therapy for help with conflict, affairs, intimacy and communication problems. My approach to couples counseling uses the researched-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy techniques which help couples learn how to handle conflict and increase intimacy.

The Gottman therapy method will give you specific tools to deepen friendship and intimacy, to manage conflicts and “resolvable problems” and dialogue about “gridlocked” ones. I provide a safe and caring place to work on these problems toward a successful relationship.
