To qualify for a free listing, you must be a new member, and have not listed with us before. You must also complete a full profile within 1 week of your listing being activated. Unfortunately, we cannot spend time advertising for therapists who have blank profiles (creating a profile is easy, simply log in and fill out your information).

No credit card is required to list for free. We only ask to pay for your marketing once you first receive a client and receive real benefits. So think of it as a win-win scenario, you get to use Theravive fully, to your benefit, before you are ever asked to pay for a membership. And even when we do ask, you can still say no, and not pay anything. Every 3 months we will send you an invoice to convert your free listing to a low cost standard membership. Its up to you to decide if Theravive has been worth it and is a fit for your practice.

If you have not received any paid clients as a result of your listing on Theravive, you can ignore the invoice and simply let us know you did not receive any clients. If you have gained a paid client as a result of listing free with us, only then do we ask that you pay for your membership. You may cancel your free listing at any time with no obligation.

We reserve the right to deny applications, and to terminate the free listing at any time. If you select a city to list free in that already contains several therapists, we also may change your city location to a nearby area in order to fill a need for a therapist. The purpose of a free listing is to have a therapist on our site take clients in an area where we do not already have a paid member. And also to give you a no-risk opportunity to try out our services.

We work on the honor system. Because of this, we are putting great trust in your integrity and honesty. We have no way of proving whether or not you received any benefit rom us, we can only just trust you. However, on occasion, when we have proof that therapists listed free have been gaining many referrals from us, and still deny that they have received any clients, we will most likely remove you, or bill you.
