Are you struggling with depression or anxiety? Stressed or overwhelmed by your feelings and emotions? Or dissatisfied with the quality of your life, and lacking in confidence, self-esteem or self-worth? Perhaps you're thinking too much, worrying all the time, and have difficultly relaxing, enjoying yourself and taking pleasure in life. Or find yourself feeling helpless or hopeless about the future, stuck and without motivation or direction, and not sure where to turn or what to do. If you’re going through a difficult time and experiencing some of these challenges, you're not alone. Most of my clients are dealing with some or all of the above.

If you're struggling with some of these issues, I can help. I specialize in helping people overcome depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. I'll work with you to calm your mind and emotions, reduce worrying and stress, and transform negative thinking and self-talk. I'll help you cultivate awareness and insight into your life and the issues that have brought you to counselling or therapy, and draw on your strengths, experiences and inner wisdom to deal with the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll find ways you can make changes that will help you feel better and take concrete steps towards building build a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
