My background includes study of the Bible, spiritualism, and deeper questions of meaning and morality. Whether we’re navigating life decisions, relational tension, or personal suffering, I help clients reflect through the lens of their beliefs—without dogma or pressure. Sometimes we all get stuck in patterns of thinking and behaving that are negative and take us off course. Often we have had life experiences that have created insecurities and self doubt, and sometimes we are not sure why we are so hard on ourselves.
