I have been registered as a psychologist for the past 11 years, and have undergone training in a variety of counselling methods with many different types of clients. I use a variety of techniques depending on a client's personality, presenting issue, and what they are experiencing from week to week. I also focus on both shorter term counselling that is directed towards resolving a particular issue, as well as longer term psychotherapy that is more focused on internal exploration and deeper change. I provide a safe, empathic environment so that clients are comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and find the strength to overcome adversity and make healthy choices.

I integrate therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
