I am a Registered Master of Social Work graduate. I work through an IFS, Response-Based Practice, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy lens. I have experience in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, as well as navigating complex relationships.

I am passionate about helping couples and individuals identify and change negative patterns. I will work with you towards making purposeful changes in yourself and your relationship. I can help you find ways to solve the problems that are keeping you stuck.
