Hi, I am passionate about helping others create change in their lives. I am caring, empathetic and non-judgmental. Humour comes natural for me and I use it, when appropriate. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and support you in reaching them.

Jennifer helps general functioning of the brain with neurofeedback, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Neurofeedback helps regulate the central nervous system; EMDR helps reprocess memories and with CBT, dialogue is used to overcome challenges.
