I have been offering youth therapy and family counselling services in B.C. for 28 years. I am interested in creating a space where positive personal stories can be remembered and created, and this is accomplished in large part through the use of relationship building.

By addressing troubling thoughts and feelings, self-sabotaging behaviors, conflicts, stressors, and traumas, life can be made more manageable, productive, and fulfilling.
