I can support you with personality testing and strengths inventories. I also can coach around interpersonal difficulties, boundaries, and how to get what you want from a job. I work with people who new in their area and leaders in their industry. I believe that finding purpose and meaning in work is a major life task.

I am honoured that you are interested in my services and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have been described as slightly non-conventional in the counselling world, which suits me perfectly, and also tends to suit youth who are trying to stand up to the force of the problems in their life. I am very comfortable working with this population, and I feel fortunate that I can connect with teens the way I do, conventionally or in a way that makes sense to them.

As one approaches change or beginning in one;s career it is important to link ones choice to something that also fulfills deeper needs and skills. I guide clients through a process of recalling a number of moments in their lives when they were satisfied and pleased with the outcomes of their actions. From this we can deduce a career path that will allow the client to express their greatest assets. Sometimes a person may be out of synch with their current work environment but otherwise on the right track.
