I guide clients through a process of recalling a number of moments in their lives when they were satisfied and pleased with the outcomes of their actions. From this we can deduce a career path that will allow the client to express their greatest assets. Sometimes a person may be out of synch with their current work environment but otherwise on the right track.

In order to find the ideal career one must explore and utilize one's passions. The best type of work is that which seems like play. I am honoured that you are interested in my services and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have been described as slightly non-conventional in the counselling world, which suits me perfectly, and also tends to suit youth who are trying to stand up to the force of the problems in their life. I am very comfortable working with this population, and I feel fortunate that I can connect with teens the way I do, conventionally or in a way that makes sense to them.

I can support you with personality testing and strengths inventories. I also can coach around interpersonal difficulties, boundaries, and how to get what you want from a job. I work with people who new in their area and leaders in their industry. I believe that finding purpose and meaning in work is a major life task.
