In my work I find that clients often have the answers within themself, it is my privilege to help them sort out their choices. In couples therapy I find it is best to start the first appt with a wish list of what each partner wants and doesn't want from their partner.

Relationships, like gardens, require constant care and attention. I use evidence-based approaches including EFT therapy and Gottman therapy to help couples recognize the dysfunctional patterns and behaviours in their relationships and change them.

Marriage Counselling is so often about unpacking the baggage that each person bringsto the relationship. My goal is to help you unpack, and sort through what is helpful and necessary for the marriage and what needs to be discarded through healing.

I use  Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT is the most successful couples therapy currently available, with a success rate of 75%. I am working towards aquiring my certification, which means that I am nearing the highest level of mastery in the model.
