I am a LPCC in the state of California and have worked in mental health for 7+ years. I’m EMDR & EFT trained, & utilize a lot of ACT in sessions. I believe in a collaborative approach to working together, and stand firm that the clients are experts of their lives.

I treat both couples and individuals and tailor psychotherapy to meet the goals and needs of the patient. The therapeutic relationship is especially important and my goal is to provide a collaborative psychotherapy experience in a safe, comfortable environment.

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I tailor my process to each individual based on their unique challenges. There is more than one way to solve a problem or overcome an obstacle. Together, we will figure out what works best for you!
