I provide a family focused approach addressing the complex developmental needs of children, adolescents, and their families in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns.

I am passionate about helping clients raise their level of self-awareness and transform themselves and their relationships into the level they have always wanted and dedicated to helping you discover new ways of challenging old patterns of thoughts and behaviors.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

For over 20 years, I have practiced as a licensed psychotherapist and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders and body image. My objective is to provide a compassionate atmosphere for individuals to explore and express themselves safely and confidentially.

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I tailor my process to each individual based on their unique challenges. There is more than one way to solve a problem or overcome an obstacle. Together, we will figure out what works best for you!
