Having a supportive and caring adult to walk them through this time in their life can be vital to get through this stage in life and thrive.

Teens can have a variety of difficulties including questioning their identities, struggling with self esteem and acceptance issues, worrying about meeting expectations, lacking organizational skills, and recovering from abandonment or trauma. I work with teens to help them develop their personal values, identify their unique talents and abilities, develop social and practical skills, and heal from past hurts and trauma.
