As a Psychotherapist and Life coach, I assist clients who are searching to find their passion in order to find joy in their work. Most of us unfortunately do not enjoy going to work. This entails removing limited beliefs, often confronting the inner critic and raising self-esteem.

Your chosen career path is a reflection of where you want to go and what you want to accomplish in your lifetime. In career therapy, we will explore your interests, desires, strengths and challenges, your spirituality, education level and social, political or economical limitations, to discover what work might be meaningful, suitable and fruitful for you. In my career counselling, I address burnout and workplace stress by aligning clients' jobs with their values and needs, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing. We explore emotional and physical responses to work, identifying dissatisfaction sources. This insight helps us consider career transitions that better match personal goals, enhancing job satisfaction and fulfillment. My approach to career counselling includes an appreciation for the fact that work needs to include joy and purpose, or it's just a job. As I help people build skills relationally and increase self-awareness around their needs and respect for others, they will grow in confidence and reduce stress that can hijack their best version of themselves. I love to help people become more aware of their capacity and vulnerabilities, so they grow in competency. This has a way of increasing their experience of joy and purpose in the workplace or find the courage to make a change.
