People come to me because they have encountered challenges in their lives and are seeking a non-judgmental environment in which to understand next steps. I endeavour to explore and clarify the issues with you to help you meet your goals and find peace and restoration.

My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.

My psychotherapy has a vision to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their mental health challenges and find effective solutions. Working with individuals and couples in English and Spanish, I help people to live their lives on their own terms.

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.
