I have provided therapy: Relationship, Conflict, Communication, Marital issues, Pre-Marital, Depression, Stress, Anxiety, ADD, Low Self-Esteem. I am a certified Marriage Enrichment Retreat facilitator. All sessions are online.

I have found the most effective approach with couples is to provide psychoeducation on healthy relationships. We address each partner's expectations, create new agreements, and I provide healthy communication skills to end the cycle of conflict.
