Anxiety in children, teenagers, and young adults is on the rise—social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, separation anxiety, OCD.... I see kids in middle school who already worry about getting into a good college, and high school teens ruminating about something they said at the lunch table that they're worried will cost them socially.
