IN PERSON and VIRTUAL SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN BARRIE AND NEWMARKET

At times life can be hard. Challenging events, frustrating relationships, and difficult emotions can be hard to manage on ones own. Behaviours such as people pleasing, avoidance, angry outburst's and confusing thoughts can leave people feeling stuck and frustrated. I work with people to feel more confident and capable in their ability to respond to life’s challenges with greater self-confidence and inner knowing.

I SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO ARE:

Experiencing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, depression, or difficulty navigating moods

Experience difficulty coping with challenging, intrusive, or ruminating thoughts

Face challenging emotions including; anger, fear, shame, guilt, feeling lost, or numb

Desire to repair or let go of difficult relationships with parents, partners, bosses, teachers, or friends

Seeking to over come difficult childhood, traumatic events, memories or flashbacks

Struggling to adapt to new life change or cope with the constant demands of life

Engaging in self harm, risky behaviour, or suicidal ideation

It is my aim to support you in the process of connecting to your inner experience; to honour your individual needs, explore your goals, and develop new skills to enhance your well-being. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgement space, informed by psychodynamic, behavioural, evidence based and trauma informed theories. I am trained in a variety of approaches including trauma informed practice, CBT, DBT, EFT, and art therapy.


FEES
$160 for in person session and $150 for virtual session.
Sessions are self-pay at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash, credit, and e-transfer. A receipt is issued upon payment.

HOURS
Mondays between 1-7pm in Barrie, ON.
Tuesdays and Wednesday 1-8pm in Newmarket, ON. I meet with clients virtually throughout the week.
