My office is in Edmonton, Alberta – but I am available for Skype/Phone/FaceTime sessions for people anywhere in Alberta.
When working with clients, my first priority is creating a comfortable, caring, and compassionate environment where you will feel welcome. I believe strongly in developing a relationship while offering a safe place to explore and access new understandings of your life. I am committed to helping people live their lives in meaningful ways that increases happiness, changes harmful habits, and improves relationships.
People have many strengths and deal with life’s challenges the best they can. In addition to using proven therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, I help empower clients to move towards authenticity, mastery, and living the life you want. What I can offer are new perspectives and proven strategies to make changes in your life.
What is Therapy Like with Mallory?
As your psychologist, you will find me consistently on your side. I will help you learn how to use your strengths to live the life you want, while showing you new insights and skills to change the things you don't life. Therapy is often the first place people feel understood and heard. My office is a place safe to share your experiences, worries, feelings and thoughts, without being criticized or rejected.
I look forward the opportunity to work with you, and I hope to help you move past your history, and shape your future.
Most of my clients leave our first session saying, “that was actually enjoyable” and “I wish I had done this a long time ago.” I want my clients to feel confortable, where you decide where you want to go, and how quickly.

Note: Most employer benefits provide coverage for the services of a Registered Psychologist. Please contact your benefit company to find out if you have any coverage for my services. We typically take payment upfront as most insurance companies do not allow psychologists to direct bill, but we will provide you with a receipt that will have everything you need for insurance reimbursement (if you are eligible).
