I offer clients a safe, confidential, compassionate space to heal and grow. I come to the table with extensive training, knowledge and experience and I am honoured to be trusted by clients with their journey.

Counselling can help you heal and remake the painful places into something of value and beauty. I consider it a privilege to hear people's stories and help them walk through their pain and into a better place.

Everybody needs some extra support at times to work through the challenges & chaos that we find ourselves experiencing. I provide sessions by video and phone, and offer online booking as well as free initial 15-minute consultations. I'm currently accepting new clients.
