I have over 10 years experience helping adolescents, young adults, and adults from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I specialize in evidence-based treatment with a focus on stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment, and fathers/fatherhood.

I believe everyone can be helped when motivated and understanding the methods to change. People fall into habits, but with the newest research in neurobiology, we understand how the brain and emotions can be changed effecting personal growth and relationships.
