Hello! Since 2008 I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families spanning across Canada, Egypt and the Netherlands. I'm committed to listening and providing you with practical skills & tools to increase resiliency and to help you feel more in control.

I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for trauma and emotional dysregulation. Using approaches like EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods, I teach practical psychological skills to calm emotions, reduce stress, and build healthier, more stable relationships.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.
