The foundation of any healthy relationship is communication, and it can be learned at any stage in life. My work with couples and families often comes down to miss-communication and a lack of understanding of one another - a skillset I believe is often missed in school.

Infidelity recovery is one of my specialties. I have provided counselling to couples recovering from an affair. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.
