We can use mindfulness techniques to work with difficult emotions or a lack of emotions day to day. Exercise, diet, sleep and many daily activities can be utilized to help with difficult times. Self care is an exploration. I support the use of medications when needed depending on what you want to do. I take an individualized approach so the process depends on how you want to approach it and what your needs are.
