Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in both the corporate & not-for-profit sectors, and was a peer mentor supporting colleagues through professional challenges & development. This informed my approach to career counseling today. Drawing on ACT and narrative therapy, I help clients step back from immediate pressures to reflect on their strengths, values, and the broader story of their working lives. Clients benefit from increased clarity about career choices while developing practical strategies for navigating the workplace.
