As such, I know how important it is for clients to find the right career choices to build a life upon. I help clients explore their natural talents, trained skills, and personality preferences in order to increase their awareness of their professional goals, while balancing intellectual, financial, and emotional needs so clients feel empowered and aligned in their pursuits.

My work as a career counsellor goes again to the root of issues with work. There is a soul level to the work we choose, a vocational element to it ("vocation" meaning a calling from the work—where the work actually chooses you rather than you choosing the work.) Using a trauma-informed, Gestalt and somatic approach, we pay attention to practical goals and emotional experiences, including fears, blocks, and inner conflicts. I help clients clarify priorities, build confidence, and recognize patterns that may affect career decisions. Together, we develop realistic steps aligned with their authentic self. Through this process, clients often gain clarity, motivation, and a stronger sense of direction and professional fulfillment.

I also help folks unpack and explore the impact that systems of oppression (patriarchy and capitalism) have had on one's identity, lived experiences and internalised messages of not enough.
