A career is more complex than most people think. It is intertwined with identity, aspirations and values. During our sessions we will not be focused on finding the “perfect” job or an infallible 5-year plan. Instead, we will investigate your passions, values, and skills. We will discover fears, hopes and the story you have used for historical career decisions. By doing this we will be able to develop meaningful steps towards your personal fulfillment.

We spend the majority of our adult lives working. Is this work fulfilling? Does it have meaning beyond simply being a way to make money and sustain our lifestyle? My work as a career counsellor goes again to the root of issues with work. There is a soul level to the work we choose, a vocational element to it ("vocation" meaning a calling from the work—where the work actually chooses you rather than you choosing the work.)
