My approach to helping clients in the area of work and career often relates to interpersonal problems in employment settings, difficulties managing work-life balance, and questions surrounding changing careers. Often clients come in with concerns around how to make changes to their employment situation, and they have various anxieties surrounding the risk that comes with making these life changes. In treatment, I help clients address their anxieties and fears, and we work together to seek solutions.

Kindred Hope Wellness' team assists clients working through career transitions by discussing professional stresses, passions, and motivations in regard to their careers. Another focus is how work impacts all individuals' daily life and relationship. Our team's approach is in building strategies, skills, motivations, and others that suit each client's needs. The goal is for the client to see what path they truly want to take in their career and clients will benefit in feeling a better sense of balance between professional and personal life.
