I use various counselling techniques, including therapeutic art making, talking therapy, scriptures, and prayer to counsel those who are practicing Christians, new Christians, or interested in Christianity. I help those who are struggling with their faith, as well as those who are not struggling with their faith, but simply want counselling in the framework of their Christian background, I take a Christian approach to counselling my clients through the tough times. I understand the importance of faith in the healing process; whether it is dealing with an illness, overcoming abuse, the loss of a sense of identity, or broken relationships. My approach meets my clients where their faith is.

We were created for relationship with God. In turn, our relationship with God affects our relationships with other people and our personal well being. It is through a biblical foundation that I counsel with warmth and professionalism. Often, clients are comforted in knowing that their therapist comes to the healing process with a Christian worldview, and that their therapy is based on biblical principles.
