I enjoy working with couples and have done so for 25 years. In the safe, confidential therapy setting both of you will learn to communicate more effectively, understand each other at a deeper level, and learn ways to resolve the conflicts that brought you to therapy.

My practice specializes in work with individuals, couples and families providing treatment and services for issues of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship difficulties and addiction recovery management.

Eleanor has earned accreditation in the Bader-Pearson Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, has completed an ICEEFT-endorsed EFT Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and completed Levels 1, 2, 3 of Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

In couples and family therapy, my areas of focus include: Trust Building, Healthy Boundaries, Open Communication, Individual and Relational Growth, Marriage and Family Conflict / Crisis, Transitional Stages.

After my social work degree I became a certified marriage and family therapist. Then I went on to become a certified sex therapist and an imago certified relationship counselor. I believe I can offer clients a unique experience.
