In Couple Therapy, we will explore the couple relationship and the “space between” to nurture and restore balance and harmony. We will explore what is happening beneath the surface for each of you, work to encourage understanding, communication, & clarify assumptions.

I use the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen friendship, deepen intimacy, and communicate in ways that reduce conflict and build trust. In a calm, supportive space, you’ll learn practical tools to reconnect and create a more secure, satisfying relationship.

Our approach is to focus on the individual for as long as one partner is out-of-balance, the relationship will not thrive. As a professional hypnosis consultant, each of our sessions focuses on unraveling the emotional cloud that has emptied the well of love and family.
