I would be honored to listen to your story and work with you to restore hope and explore new insights, skills, approaches and solutions. Contact me today and we can set up a time to talk (free).

Free Consult: It is important to me that you find the best support possible. Prior to
booking your first session, I offer a free 20-minute phone consult. This will
give you a chance to meet me and get a sense of what our work together might be
like. This also helps me to determine if I have the necessary training and
approach to best support you.

I offer a caring, safe place where you can openly share about what is
troubling you and find unconditional acceptance and support.
I do my best to understand the nature of the problem and offer
understanding and guidance. I work with you to learn helpful ways of
understanding, coping and responding to situations. This may include exploring
common patterns, providing feedback, teaching problem-solving strategies,
practicing new skills, or suggesting helpful resources.

I explain helpful elements of various therapeutic approaches and
together we design a plan that you feel fits for you.

Problems and symptoms are connected with the physical, mental, social,
emotional and spiritual aspects of who we are. However, we only work on the
areas you feel ready to work on.
