Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship, mutual respect, collaboration, and trust are core foundations of my practice. I strive to create an empathic and safe space where my clients can explore and express themselves in ways that foster self-awareness, healing, insight, and growth.

I provide individual therapy for adults in the Windsor Ontario community. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety; depression; life transitions; relationship issues, grief, and loss; domestic abuse; managing long-term illness and/or pain; and trauma.

I have completed a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology degree from the University of Toronto. Currently, I am in my final year of studies for the Doctor of Education degree in Counselling Psychology at the same institution.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Every client brings their own unique stories, experiences, and context with them. Therefore, I tailor my approach to best suit your needs and goals. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and client-centered therapy.

I believe you are the expert on your life. In addition to endorsing a humanistic perspective, I also incorporate a strength-based lens to help guide our work together. I hope through exploration and reflection, we can harness your inner strengths and resources and find new and meaningful ways to apply them in your life.

I have worked with clients in both time-limited and long-term capacities. Some clients might benefit from short-term focused work which targets specific symptoms and introduces coping strategies. For others, longer-term care is feasible and valuable in helping resolve more complex issues and for cultivating ongoing support. We can discuss what timeframe makes the most sense for you.

Please feel free to contact me to arrange a free consultation. We can explore and discuss your therapy needs and determine whether I would be a good fit for you.
