Professional and personal experiences have taught me that life is constantly changing, and growth is inevitable.
Every individual has the inner wisdom and strength to grow and heal emotionally. As a counsellor, I strive to provide a safe, inclusive environment for every person I see. I use techniques and tools which may help individuals:

I have worked with individuals experiencing difficult life transitions, mental health concerns, relationship issues, and work stress. I have helped people set healthy goals and develop plans to reach them. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and have trained in other modalities as well including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I completed a Master of Social Work degree and a Master of Art, Religion and Culture degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
I work with individuals (ages 16+).
