John is a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Christian counseling is a type of therapy that integrates christian principles, faith, forgiveness with talk therapy and/or other therapeutic methods. I am a Christian and I am a psychologist. I earned my doctorate at a Christian university (Azusa Pacific University) and the integration of psychology and spirituality was a vital part of my training.
