I look forward to helping clients through career counselling in making difficult transitions easier. I believe in first developing meaningful connections with my clients. Instead of relying on career aptitude tests and personality tests I will want to understand the clients' worries and desires. I will look to setting up specific goals with my clients and redirecting them to their goals.

Career counselling with me involves an exploration of your strengths, and experiences. Together we will make sense of your journey and find the words to begin your plans for next steps. In therapy as you experience a non-judgmental, secure relationship you can orient yourself and experience a sense of confidence and assurance to move forward. Through locating where you are in the process of change and untangle the elements that are keeping you from moving towards a life of purpose and passion.

Having worked in the finance industry for many years, I help clients remove their blocks, create clarity and help with work towards their career(dream job). My treatment involves having the client work on: financial plan that includes their goals. We go through obstacles and mental blocks; and their fears of success. Clients feel motivated, they learn how to build resources, change their negative beliefs to positive, and learn new skills to communicate effective.

Our careers are often about our aspirations and how we want to use our gifts in the world. If you find yourself stuck or unfulfilled, you may be finding yourself blocked from your highest potential. There may be personality factors involved or there may be another route waiting for you to explore. We will assess your situation to see where you may be getting stuck and where your heart is in relation to your work. This may involve accessing intuition, as well as the facts of the matter. Be prepared to explore widely as we evaluate many paths that may lead in new directions. The closed doors of today are often the windows into new possibilities for tomorrow!

I thoroughly enjoy working with young adult clients on assisting them in beginning their career journey. I also work with adult clients who are in the beginning stages of making career changes including going back to school. I know how scary "change" can be especially when it has financial implications. Career Counselling with me begins with developing rapport and relationships. We move at a pace you are comfortable with and examine the variables involved in decision-making. I support clients throughout the change process.

Assistance with individuals seeking new career opportunities involves one-on-one counselling, career assessment testing, resume preparation, and developing effective networking, interviewing and negotiating skills. Also, career counseling can assist students interested in choosing an academic major or graduate program, identifying potential careers or areas of professional interest, or working to integrate their academic and/or professional pursuits with their broader life choices.

In Career counseling , I assist the clients by addressing the emotional, psychological, and interpersonal factors that impact career choices and satisfaction. I have a holistic approach, considering both the psychological and practical aspects of career development, which can lead to more fulfilling and meaningful career choices for their clients. We know that choosing a career can be a daunting task, and the process of exploring and planning your future career can take some time. In order to assist students through this process, I offer a variety of careers focused on personality, talent, degree and dedication. I did a lot of information research on this and I matched successfully. Many of my previous clients were happy for my advice. I serve my clients to get a good solution. I also discuss my clients' career questions to experts in the field. I offer resources to assist to get a better future.

For some, a career is a large part of one's identity. For others, it is simply a means to an end or a small part of a bigger picture. By doing this, I hope to help you uncover insight and clarity towards career choices and transitions.

We spend up to 1/3 of our life in our careers!! As a former Human Resources Manager this is an area that is really exciting. Not only will I help you identify your skill set, but help you identify your passion, your purpose and your personality type that will help you see what career is best suited to you. I can also help you identify and develop areas that will help you expand your interviewing skills, your social media profile, your resume and your confidence and also understand the hiring climate that you are in.
