I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process, and draw on modalities including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Intuitive Eating, and parts work. I love working with queer folks, activists, and caregivers. I am LGBTTQQ++ and neurodiversity informed and affirming.
