I uncover how your mind and body learned to adapt to pain and help those patterns release their grip. Therapy with me is an exploration of your story; not just what happened, but how your mind and body learned to carry it. Using mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational depth, I trace patterns that once protected you but now limit you. This is an active, collaborative process where insight meets embodiment, and where real change feels lived rather than intellectualized.

I approach psychotherapy with my clients by inviting them to process past pain and present hurts. It is my belief that if given a safe and nonjudgemental space, people will be able to find a greater sense of understanding and peace despite their circumstances.
